Begin your counseling journey with 3 one-hour sessions for just €80. This package is designed to help you experience the power of counseling and decide if it’s the right fit for you. If you decide not to continue after the first session, there’s no charge. 

After the introductory package, sessions are priced at €60 each.

About me

I am a Certified Life Coach in private practice. I offer coaching for people with autoimmune diseases looking for emotional and practical support in their journey. 

I have experienced how crippling autoimmune diseases can be from a first-hand experience. I was diagnosed with arthritis and psoriasis in 2011. After several years of hospital visits and treatments, my knees were still severely swollen and the symptoms were only getting worse. From multiple swollen joints, eye inflammation, nail fungus, bleeding gums to no energy to name a few.

One day I decided to try alternative paths. From ayurvedic retreat, osteopathy, acupuncture, changing diets to functional medicine specialists. And that’s when the course of the diseases started to shift slowly. In over a decade long journey, I found ways that relieve and reduce my symptoms significantly and allow me to live a meaningful and drug-free life. 

I know how challenging it can be, that’s why I decided to support others in their journey of self-discovery and healing.

This accounts especially for people struggling with autoimmune diseases such as arthritis or psoriasis. At Sanima we fill each day with more than 2,5 hours of relaxation treatments. Unplugging is a must!
