Anti-inflammatory diet

Arthritis and psoriasis are both inflammatory diseases. The most visible aspect of the inflammation is the inflamed skin or swollen and painful joints. However, often there is also an underlying invisible inflammation in the gut.

Nutritious diet

You can expect a high fiber, vegetable rich diet with enough Omega-3 fatty acids. Fresh, colorful and delicious food - customized to your dietary requirements and needs.

Gut health

Our gut must be in balance for us to be healthy. We commence addressing it by serving the right nutritious whole food rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Cooking classes

To be able to create similar dishes at home, you can attend our cooking classes. You also get a prep guide with flavourful recipes that keep your meals nutritious, yet quick and easy.

Stress Reduction

Does stress make your symptoms worse? It is not a surprise that chronic stress is harmful for human body. This accounts especially for people struggling with autoimmune diseases such as arthritis or psoriasis. At Sanima we fill each day with more than 2,5 hours of relaxation treatments. Unplugging is a must!

Massages

Pampering massages, from a full body to specific Ayurvedic massages. Even a single session can lower your heart rate and cortisol levels resulting in a feeling of true relaxation.

Light exercises

Light exercises customized to your specific problem areas. The exercises are designed to decrease pain and improve range of motion as well as joint flexibility.

You will leave our retreat with understanding and a set of tools, ready to be applied directly in your daily life. You can do this by yourself or we can connect you to a local specialist in the Netherlands for professional guidance.
