COMPASSIONATE INQUIRY
If you have found support in the teachings of Dr. Gabor Maté, and you resonate with his philosophy, you’re in the right place. Compassionate Inquiry is developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and offers a completely non-judgmental space and experience for healing our past wounded parts so we can let go of old beliefs and be able to live authentically in the present moment. It offers a unique way to address mental health concerns, traumas, and addictions.
The sessions take place online, offering you the convenience and flexibility to participate from the comfort of your home. Typically, each counselling session lasts around 60 minutes. You can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. I will listen attentively and gently guide you through the process of self-discovery and healing.
Knowing oneself comes from attending with compassionate curiosity to what is happening within.
